Last year, I started this "interview" of the girls on their birthday with the thought that I would ask them the same questions every year to see how they change. I am going to have to answer for them again this year, as they can't really form complete sentences, but I am hoping that next year and beyond, they can at least help me out with the answers :)
Leah Grace:
What is your favorite food? Breakfast sausage, almost any fruit, cheese (any kind!), broccoli, tomatoes. I have somewhat inhereted the vegeterian gene. I would much prefer to eat fruit, vegies, and dairy than any kind of meat other than breakfast sausage or hot dogs (if you can even consider that meat!).
Who is your best friend? Isabella (and Mommy)
What is your favorite book? So hard...I LOVE all books! But I especially love the "farmer" book (a book titled, "Farm" that shows all about farm animals), anything with Dora (we have a ton of Dora books), and anything with baby faces (we get these from the library a lot).
What is your favorite thing about your sister? She is just fun to be around. We like the same things and we make each other laugh. She is pretty cool! She also has a very funny personality like daddy. She likes to make weird faces and make funny voices. She cracks me up!
What do you like/dislike about being a twin? Like: I love having someone to play with all the time. Dislike: She wakes up too early in the morning and too quickly from naps. I would like to sleep and take my time to wake up for another 15-20 min. everyday but she starts screaming right when she wakes up! I also don't like when she takes my toys...that is really annoying!
What is your favorite toy? Toy computer, Rubber Duck, push toys (yep...I love those things), any kind of ball...especially basketballs...and my pacifier (does that count as a toy? I only sleep with it these days, but I still LOVE it).
What is your favorite hobby/sport/way to spend time? Reading, going to the pool (especially when we can hang out in the showers), going on walks and going to the playgorund.
What is your bedtime? 7:30-8:15
What time do you usually wake up? 6:30-7:15
What is your favorite way to spend the day? Playing outside (espeically at the pool during the summer)
What is your favorite memory from last year? Spending summer days at the pool (and spending lots of time with Mommy...I have a little seperation anxiety issue)
What do you want to accomplish this year? Potty training!! I always ask if I can go potty but mommy is dragging her feet on this. I also want to talk in sentences and learn how to swim. Mommy wants me to lessen my anxiety and go to church/school without any tears!!
What do you want to be when you grow up? A bus driver (I love to see buses drive by) or a dog trainer (oh do I ever love puppies). I also may want to be a therapist because I have a really big heart and like to help people when they are feeling sad!
Isabella:
What is your favorite food? Breakfast sausage, crackers, almost any fruit, cheese (any kind!), broccoli, tomatoes. I am a little picky about textures. I am very hesitant to try things that feel weird in my mouth, but I usually like them once I do.
Who is your best friend? Leah (and Daddy and Ms. Heidi)
What is your favorite book? I also love all books! Right now I really like a book we have called "Mouses first spring." I also like all of the Usbourne books that start with "that's not my...", Of course I also really love all books about Dora!
What is your favorite thing about your sister? She is nice to me most of the time and I love when she pushes me around on our little bike.
What do you like/dislike about being a twin? Like: I love having someone to play with all the time. Dislike: She is kind of bossy. She always wants me to do what she is doing and she also has a little bit of a temper sometimes. If I take her toys she gets a really mean look on her face and tries to squeeze my arm or hit me. She also wakes up a lot in the middle of the night crying. Recently, I have just been telling her "night-night" to try to get her to go back to sleep. It doesn't really work very well, but I am going to keep trying!
What is your favorite toy? Oh, I LOVE technology. I love mommy's phone. I am very happy when she lets me play with it. I also really love Daddy's computer. Oh, and right now my favorite thing is getting to sit in mommy's seat in the car and pushing all the "bu-uns" (buttons). As far as kids toys go, I love our push toys, our Dora dolls, and I really love the rubber ducks!

I might also want to be a weight lifter (or a personal trainer like Daddy). I LOVE to lift heavy things (like when I get to help mommy bring in the stuff from Costco) and I also love doing push-ups. I often do them randomly in public places.
