(oh..before you watch...please know that I am aware that this is very dangerous. Since they have decided they are going to do this on a regular basis, we have wrapped the treadmil in a comforter. SO..no comments about what a bad mom I am...I know...I shouldn't have been video taping this..I should have stopped them...bla bla bla...I'm working on training olympic athletes here, so sometimes you need to sacrifice for talent!) :)
