Just me and the girls

This is the first week I am "on my own," at home. My mom has been SUCH and amazing help but now she is on a business trip. Deanna has been so awesome too! She drives all the way out here A LOT...even when she has a million things on her to do list...and keeps me company, helps with the girls, and has made us a bunch of really delicious dinners! Cesar is also back to work full time, so I was very nervous yesterday about being alone this week, but once Cesar left for work and the girls and I got through the first feeding, things just went smoothly. Deanna came to help me today, so today doesn't really count as an "on my own," day. Tomorrow I go to the doctor by myself with both girls..this will be a first. I'll have to break out the double stroller for the first time in public (we have walked around the block with it, but that's it). I am hoping by the end of the week I will be comfortable with the idea of being home alone. We'll see...
