A couple weeks ago we took our first trip to Chuck E Cheeses to celebrate our little friend Ian's 3rd birthday! We all actually had a great time! Heather (Ian's mommy) did a good job picking a non-crazy day/time so it was a good time instead of a stressful crazy experience!
Hurricane Sandy was a difficult time for MANY people. Thankfully, for us, it just provided two days off of school for me to spend with the girlies. We never lost power and didn't have any major damage. Well...other than Isabella. She decided to climb up on her dresser and jump off! Ugh! She couldn't put ANY pressure on her foot for a long time and kept asking for bandades. I had to put 5 band-aides on it and she kept telling me that "just one more" would make it feel better. We iced it for a while and then put her down for a nap, and when she woke up it seemed better...which was good because all of the local urgent care places were closed because of the hurricane!
