More Fall Fun!

I have never been a fan of "fall."  To me, fall just means that nasty cold weather is coming...and what is fun about that (well...snow days, but otherwise...winter is horrible!).  Anyway, I have officially  changed my mind about fall.  I LOVE it!  Why?  Because I LOVE fall festivals!!!  We had another PERFECT day today at a pumpkin farm!  Deanna invited us again to a really fun one in the same town that we went to for the Bluemont festival a couple weeks ago.  We did so many fun things.  We started out going on a hayride to "pick" pumpkins (this was the only weird thing about the day....they just take their pumpkins out to a huge field and throw them all around).  It was fun none the less!  Then we went and jumped on the "giant pillow" bounce thing, went to the playground, had a picnic lunch, saw a pig race, touched some animals, went down some giant slides, and climbed a giant tire mountain!  Whew!  It was fun!  We stayed way past nap time and the girls were asleep within 2 minutes of starting out drive home, but it was way worth it!  Another PERFECT fall day with family :)

Leah wanted to see how heavy of a pumpkin she could pick up...she kept trying bigger and bigger ones.

Isabella stuck to "Bella sized" pumpkins.

Very happy with their pumpkin choices

Waiting for the pig race to start

Cheering for the Romney pig (they had a presidential pig race!).

Lunchtime!

Only my kid would run around WHILE eating an apple!

Cousin Conversation!

Spontaneous hug...they did this randomly all on their own :)

Standing at the top of tire mountain!

The giant slides

Deanna was so sweet and took Isabella down MANY times!

Both girls got bit by roosters!  Still didn't learn their lesson though!

Had to add these last two...Deanna just sent them to me and I love them :)
