Halloween Sunday was a very busy day for us. We started at church where Isabella again REFUSED to stay in children's ministry. She just HATES when we leave her there. Leah stayed an played and had a great time! Then, we went to Grandmas and ate lunch. We then went to Nanas. At this point, the girls were annoyed. They didn't want to be in the car again, they didn't want to be in their hot costumes, they didn't want to go to a little room at Nanas. They basically cried the whole time we were there. So...back to Grandma's we went. They did OK for about 30 minutes and then Isabella started to get cranky. We tried to feed them, give them milk, play...nope, none of that worked...she was just annoyed and nothing was going to change that. She cried through most of the YUMMY dinner that grandma made for us! Ugghhh..... So, then we went out to the parade in Norbeck Meadows. How fun. All the kids in the neighborhood met at the top of Old colony and we walked down the street and then down to the park. The girls were actually pretty good once we got going. Kai was AWESOME (and so so so adorable!!!). We took the girls in their wagon and Kai took on the job of pushing and pulling them around. He was so funny! He really wanted to help the whole time! After the parade we walked back to Old Colony. We had promised a few neighbors that we would come trick-or-treating...so we did...and the girls cried and fussed the entire time. :( Poor babies...they were just ready to go home and go to bed!! Finally, we go them in the car and they were asleep in seconds! ahhhh...peace and quiet for a few minutes! Note to self: Next time we have something to do at night...stay home and relax during the day!! Deanna took some pictures...check out how old Kai looks in his costume!! He is getting so big!
